Mohammad Reza Keshavarz has Master of Accounting from Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran, and BSc in Accounting from Iran University of Economic Science, Tehran, Iran and DBA Certificate from Tehran University.

He has been holding the position of Managing Director of Iranian Re Company since May 2023 till present.

He was involved in various managerial and high ranking positions, including:

• Vice Chairman and Managing Director – Day Insurance Company (August 2018 – February 2023);
• Head of Technical Assistant (by maintaining the previous position) – Day Insurance Company (March 2018 – August 2018);
• Vice President of Sales and Market Development – Day Insurance Company (June 2015 – August 2018);
• Member of the Board of Directors – Amico Industrial Group Inc. (May 2009 – July 2014);
• Member of the Board of Directors and Managing Director – Aras Khodro Diesel Investment Company, Amico Leasing (May 2009 – July 2012);
• Financial Manager – Amico Industrial Group (May 2007 – July 2014);
• Deputy and Head of the General Department in Audit Management – Iran Insurance Company (June 2004 – April 2007);
• Expert, Deputy and Head of Department – Iranian Insurance Company Branches (May 1997 – May 2004);
